CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
At City Church we believe that is every child is a precious gift from God.
Mission
Our passion is to see children not just remembering the stories in The Bible, but through God's Word, coming to know Jesus as their personal friend and Saviour.
We introduce children to the love of Father God, the brotherhood of Jesus and the gift of our helper, the Holy Spirit. As we do so, we also encourage them to explore and discover the truth of the Gospel for themselves.
We believe that children are not only the Church of the future, but they are also valuable members of the Church of TODAY.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH
Our Children's ministry time takes place during our Sunday morning family worship services.

Our primary aged children gather together in our Cafe space for teaching, games and crafts.

Our 11-16's meet in the Youth Room for a short Bible Study together.

A teaching Creche is provided for toddlers and pre-schoolers most weeks, however, if you would prefer to keep your little one with you during the service you are welcome to do so.

We also provide a 'baby space' at the back of the chapel, with a few quiet toys and comfy sofas.

Originally "Seedlings" this ministry was established by Paul & Caroline as part of their work at Kensington Elim Church. Seedlings Toddler Group ran for almost 6 years now and was always very much loved by those who joined.
The group continues to be held in our Kensington Elim building,
but is now hosted by Hope Church Kensington and has been re-named as 'ToTs & Tinys'

Why not join the fun, for a chat, a drink, and some nice biscuits, while the children play, enjoy activities, make a mess - and work on their social skills 😉!
